1. Attention
(1) There are two registration categories: “FULL Registration” and “LISTENER Registration”:
- “FULL registration” includes the rights for all the events in ICCT-Pacific 2025, i.e., covering a paper registration, banquet, and excursion tour as well as attending the conference as a presenter.
- “LISTENER Registration” only includes the right for attending the conference as a listener. Note that this registration category does not include banquet ticket nor excursion tour.
(2) ONE paper MUST require that at least ONE “EARLY FULL Registration” is completed for the presentation.
(3) ONE “FULL Registration” can cover up to THREE (3) papers with the payment of “Additional Paper Fee”. Each “Additional Paper Fee” covers ONE additional paper if it is presented by the SAME registrant.
(4) If only a student attends the conference as a presenter among the co-authors, the student MUST register as “FULL Registration”.
(5) For pure student papers (i.e., with no professor or advisor as a co-author), ONE student author MUST register as “FULL Registration”.
(6) If one professor among the co-authors registers as “FULL Registration” and attends the ICCT-Pacific 2025, a student co-author presenting their paper alongside this professor can register as “LISTENER Registration”.
(7) Member fees will be only displayed if you register your society memberships with EDAS.
(8) All payments are non-refundable.
2. Registration Fees
The registration fees for ICCT-Pacific 2025 are as follows.

**** “Additional Banquet and Excursion Ticket” includes both the banquet and the excursion. Due to venue arrangements, participation in only the banquet or only the excursion is not possible.
3. IEEE Policy
No one under 18 allowed to attend the conference.
