Submission Guidelines

Please read the following submission guideline carefully before preparing and submitting your manuscript.

1. Initial Submission

Authors are invited to submit your technical papers presenting original and unpublished research, not currently under review elsewhere. The manuscript should be written in English as single-spaced double-column pages, including all figures, tables, and references, without authors’ biography, using Microsoft Word or LaTeX templates for IEEE conference proceedings on US letter (8.5 × 11 inches) pages. The page length should be two (2) to four (4) pages regardless of the submitted sessions, and extra pages are not permitted.

You can find the template on the IEEE website: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

You will need to submit in PDF format through EDAS Conference and Journal Management System (EDAS for short). When submitting the paper, you have to select the presentation style (Oral or Poster presentation), choose one (1) to three (3) Topics among given ones, check Student paper and Woman in Engineering (WIE) paper, and input the related keywords. Note that, even if you select the oral presentation, the paper could be accepted as a poser paper.

Submission site in EDAS: https://edas.info/N32466

For the initial submission, there is no need to verify the paper with PDF eXpress.

2. Receive Notification of Acceptance or Rejection

On or before the scheduled date, you will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the paper by the organizing committee through e-mail. Only accepted authors can move on to the next step.

3. Final Submission

Reflecting the reviewers’ comments, you need to create the final version of the paper. Again, the page length should be two (2) to four (4) pages, and extra pages are not permitted. Most importantly, please ensure the similarity score of your final paper is less than 33%. According to IEEE regulations, any paper with a similarity score of more than 33% will be withdrawn and should be reported to IEEE. Moreover, each accepted paper should be registered with Full Registration Rate. Any paper without registration will be withdrawn automatically.

For the final submission, verification of the paper with PDF eXpress is mandatory.

You need to upload the converted PDF file via EDAS by following the instructions in your acceptance email. Before the PDF submission, you will also be prompted to submit the IEEE Copyright Form via EDAS.
